Role: Assistant Restaurant Manager

Location: Lympstone Manor 5* Luxury between Exeter and Exmouth

Salary: £37,000 plus gratuities

Hours: Full time 48 hours over 5 days a week

Relationships: Kitchen team, Restaurant Team and Front of House team

What you’ll be doing

• Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of restaurant operations
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and quality standards
• Supervise and mentor staff, providing guidance to maintain high service standards
• To ensure Standards of Service are consistently achieved
• Competent in the use of Outlook, Word and Excel

Who we’re looking for

• Proven experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably as an Assistant Restaurant Manager
• A steady, strong and professional personality with great communication skills
• Has a real sense of passion and pride for the brand and restaurant
• Competent in the use of Outlook, Word and Excel
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
