Responsibilities

• Get hands-on experience across the full development cycle — from early site feasibility to on-site delivery.
• Support our teams with planning applications, design management, and technical appraisals.
• Work alongside experienced Technical Managers and Coordinators who will mentor and guide you.
• Take ownership of tasks like managing the NHBC portal, design reviews, and project administration.
• Play your part in shaping homes and communities we can all be proud of.

What we’re looking for

• A degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Civil Engineering, Construction Project Management, or Quantity Surveying (2:1 or above).
• Strong IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint – MS Project a bonus).
• A genuine passion for design, planning, construction, and problem-solving.
• Great communication, organisation, and attention to detail.
• Enthusiasm, self-motivation, and the drive to grow into a future technical leader.

Locations listed include Exeter, Torquay, Newton Abbot, Paignton, Honiton, East Devon, and surrounding areas in the South-West.
