Overview

Riverdale Healthcare is seeking a Dental Practice Manager. This role is based at 44A Front St, Whickham, Newcastle upon Tyne NE16 4DT. The position is full-time with possible part-time arrangements; schedule is Mon–Thu 8:00–17:30 and Fri 8:00–17:00. Salary is competitive and dependent on skills and experience. Responsibilities and expectations

• Lead and motivate the dental team; manage day-to-day operations of the practice
• Oversee administrative tasks of running a clinical setting
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., CQC)
• Collaborate with the leadership team to drive patient experience and service quality

Qualifications and requirements

• Previous dental practice manager (dental) experience preferred
• CQC registered manager or willingness to pursue registration
• Strong team leadership and people management skills
• Experience in administrative tasks within a clinical setting
