Overview

Parts Sales Manager required for AutomotiveTrade Parts Business located in Carlisle.

The salary on offer for this Parts Sales Manager is £38,000.

Specification & Qualifications

• Experience working in a sales environment on behalf of vehicle manufacturers or a similar automotive parts retailer business would be highly desirable.
• You will need to hold strong sales team management experience in a B2B capacity with the ability to lead, manage and motivate a team of Parts/Telesales Executives.
• You will have the ability to provide an exceptional customer service experience.
• Motivating and developing the Parts Sales Team.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing and motivating the office-based Parts/Telesales Executive team to achieve and exceed sales targets whilst building and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
• You will also support the Centre Manager, plan and implement promotional activities and campaigns.
• Maintaining standards of performance in the Parts Sales Department through coaching and development.
