Role: Production & Studio Manager
Reporting to: Creative Lead
Dependencies: Internal creative, marketing & product teams + photoshoot team
Location/Times: Full time (hybrid). In Chiswick, London 3 days a week, flex rest of week.
Job Purpose: Pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of creative processes, photoshoots, budget and studio operations, acting as the key link between creative, production, and the wider business.

Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience in production management, studio management, or similar creative operations roles (fashion experience desirable). Budget management experience and confidence handling contracts, invoices, and negotiations.
Organisation: Strong organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
Communication: Excellent communicator and relationship builder, comfortable liaising across departments and with external partners.
Proactive: A proactive problem solver who can anticipate challenges and propose solutions quickly.
Passionate: Passion for creativity and an eye for detail, ensuring our shoots and campaigns look their best and run seamlessly.
