Job: Recruitment Delivery Consultant

Location: Caerphilly, UK (2 days WFH per week)

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 (Dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing: Use innovative methods to attract and engage top technology professionals.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Market Expertise: Stay informed about technology industry trends to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
• Problem-Solving: Proactively address challenges to deliver successful outcomes for clients and candidates.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

• 2+ years of Delivery experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A problem-solving mindset with the ability to think creatively under pressure.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ambitious, target-driven, and eager to succeed.
• Self-motivated and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
