Overview

Step into a career-defining opportunity as a Global Account Manager (FMCG) within our Market Development Team. In this senior role, you will be the driving force behind our multinational corporate (MNC) partnerships — shaping global strategies, securing high-level agreements, and building relationships at the very top of our customers’ organisations.

We are seeking a proven account management professional with significant experience managing complex, multinational accounts. You will have a strong track record of working directly with C-suite stakeholders, negotiating global contracting frameworks, and leading global pricing agreements that deliver sustainable growth for both customer and business.

Your Responsibilities

  • Owning the strategic management and expansion of selected global MNC accounts, delivering against 1, 3, and 5-year business plans.
  • Leading high-level engagements with C-suite executives to build strong, trust-based relationships.
  • Driving the negotiation and implementation of global supplier agreements and global pricing strategies.
  • Developing and executing tailored account strategies that position Domino as a long-term strategic partner.
  • Coordinating resources across Domino’s global network to ensure seamless execution of account plans.
  • Leveraging market intelligence to monitor competitors and identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Collaborating with marketing to craft compelling success stories and bespoke communications for key accounts.
  • Championing central initiatives across Domino’s technology portfolio and sales channels to add measurable value for global customers.

About You

A seasoned Global Account Manager with a strong background in FMCG or related industries.

  • Demonstrated experience in account management at the highest level, including regular interaction with C-suite decision-makers.
  • Proven success in negotiating and implementing global contracts and pricing agreements.
  • A strategic, commercially astute professional who can balance long-term growth with immediate business needs.
  • An exceptional communicator and influencer, able to inspire across cultures and geographies.
  • Tenacious, customer-focused, and passionate about positioning Domino as a critical partner in our clients’ global strategies.
