The Role:

• Represent clients at live events, trade shows, and in-person campaigns
• Engaging with customers directly and initiating conversations with potential clients
• Track and review campaign performance and KPIs to identify improvements
• Contribute to onboarding and early-stage training, helping new colleagues integrate smoothly
• Attend weekly mentorship sessions and continuous development programs led by company leadership
• Mentor and train new talent in our marketing and sales department
