Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Coach based in Exeter. The role involves leading functional fitness classes in a high-energy, engaging, and motivating environment. An active presence on social media is encouraged, as confidence in posting and promoting content plays a key role in building awareness. We will provide support and invest in developing your marketing and social media skills, both for our brand and your personal platforms.

A significant aspect of this role is community engagement, including organizing social events and in-house competitions to strengthen member connections and enhance the overall experience.


Qualifications

  • Experience in conducting both one-on-one and group coaching sessions would be prefered but not neccessary.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to provide constructive feedback
  • Understanding of coaching methodologies and staying updated with industry trends
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Level 3 Personal training Qualification Minimum
  • Any additional qualifications could be considered for additional work and roles
