An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager to join Rolls-Royce & Partners Finance Limited (RRPF), a joint venture company between Rolls-Royce PLC and GATX Corporation comprising of 19 joint venture entities in the UK, 18 entities in the US, 2 in Malaysia, 1 in China and 1 in India.
RRPF is a jet engine leasing company with the largest global portfolio of Rolls-Royce aero engines, providing medium- and long-term spare engine leasing and bespoke financial solutions to airlines, aircraft lessors and OEMs. We support over 50 customers worldwide with a portfolio of over 500 jet engines. The Finance team manages the business planning, accounting, reporting and tax for all the entities. It is also responsible for the communication of financial performance to its shareholders.

Your needs are as unique as you are. Hybrid working is a way in which our people can balance their time between the office, home, or another remote location. It's a locally managed and flexed informal discretionary arrangement. As a minimum we're all expected to attend the workplace for collaboration and other specific reasons, on average three days per week.
In this role, you will jointly manage and improve month-end close process, driving improvement and automation of management accounts production.
You will be responsible for the timely production of monthly reconciliations and monthly variance analysis feeding into monthly management accounts and reporting.
You will help prepare/consolidate budgets and forecasts in accordance with the JV partners' timetables.
