Job Description

Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Are you looking for a challenging and dynamic role? Prevail Partners is seeking a driven and creative Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will be a key member of the Commercial team, liaising with project departments to gain a deep understanding of our projects and capabilities, and effectively communicating our expertise, values, and successes. Our key requirement for this role is a forward-leaning, no problem too great attitude – and we’ll also need your organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure!

The more experience you have with marketing and/or sales the better, but we can definitely help bring you on. Your contributions will also involve coordinating promotional activities, analysing campaign success and helping our end-to-end sales process.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Supporting with our CRM platform, managing contracts, tracking renewal dates, and leading with CRM administration including audits and compliance with KYC/AML/DD
  2. Coordinating with the Operations team to ensure full understanding of client engagement
  3. Conducting direct and personal outreach to prospective clients to create/transfer warm leads for the sales team
  4. Assisting with bid management from finding opportunities through to enabling high quality drafting and delivery
  5. Conducting market research for ad hoc and long-term projects
  6. Updating our website using WordPress
  7. Collaborating and managing external agencies to deliver high quality copy
  8. Managing engaging social media content and the administration of paid social campaigns, in-house or with agency
  9. Analysing and reporting on sales and marketing performance and effectiveness
  10. Assisting in organising events and exhibitions to showcase our services

Qualifications:

  • Dynamic and pro-active attitude with strong example of taking initiative in previous roles
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce
  • Experience in conducting market research and competitor analysis
  • Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Previous experience working with email marketing software

Advantageous:

  • Graphic design skills to create visually appealing marketing materials
