Human Resources Director

Salary: £100,000 - £120,000 PR

Location: London

Permanent, Part time, up to 3 days per week

We are seeking a dynamic, self-starter and inspired HR Director / Head of HR that is looking for something new, different and wants to break the mould of traditions and join this ambitious group.

You will be responsible for all aspects of the Human Resources function, while contributing to the overall achievement of business goals and to the profitability of the group through the development of the employment branding and company culture, policies, monitoring of recruitment and labour turnover, management of compensation and benefits and maintaining effective cost controls.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be in charge of the HR function as a whole including (but not limited to) Brand Culture, Employee Relations, Compliance, Payroll, Recruitment and Selection, and Training and Development.
  • Ensuring consistency of standards of service are maintained while creating a working environment that supports the organisational values.

The Ideal HR Director for this Position:

  • Min 5 years experience in the HR Division and at least 4 years at senior strategic level.
  • Experience as a Director / Head of HR.
  • Experience working across multiple countries would be ideal.
  • Possess excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Should be standards driven with the ability to organise and plan ahead.
  • Must have the ability to lead, multi-task and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have a flexible approach to their work.
  • Fluency in English – other languages are a bonus.
