Location and Shift Pattern

Location: Company Shop, Lancots Lane, Sutton Fold, St. Helens, WA9 3EX

Rate of Pay: £12.25 per hour, paid on a 4 weekly basis

Shifts: 15–16 hours per week, 4 rotating days; evenings, weekends and bank holidays required.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service in a busy retail environment.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and merchandise-friendly shop.
  • Assist customers with product selection and store information.
  • Process cash, card, and contact‑less payments accurately.
  • Return, restock, and rotate items efficiently.
  • Support store-S24 visual merchandising standards.
  • Work as part of a team to meet daily sales and service targets.

  • Good communication skills and proactive teamwork.
  • Flexible and willing to work rotating shifts.
