Legal Personal Assistant – Hybrid

A renowned international law firm are seeking a Personal Assistant to join them on a permanent basis in London.

Legal Personal Assistant Responsibilities:

1. Acting as a first point of contact on behalf of fee-earners, correspondence, and meeting requests (both internally and from clients).
2. Full proactive and advanced calendar management.
3. Case preparation assuring fee-earners are fully prepared with collated documents, client background information and any additional notes.
4. Support fee-earners in the smooth running of the client/matter lifecycle, including client on-boarding and compliance.
5. Work with the client lead Partner and BD team to plan and deliver Client Care programmes.
6. Assisting with billings for the firm and co-ordinate WIP lists.
7. Prepare, amend, and proofread documents including attendance notes, memos, emails, pitches, and presentations.
8. In some cases, preparing bundles for court, styling documents and assist a litigation lifecycle where necessary.

About You:

1. Previous Legal Secretary or Legal Personal Assistant experience ideally from a law firm environment.
2. Experience working at Partner level.
3. Previous experience managing calendars for multiple individuals.
4. Strong time management skills and excellent attention to detail.
5. Confident in your proofreading abilities.
