Responsibilities

• Motivate the team and lead by example
• Assist the Food & Beverage Manager in smooth operation of the department
• Support and deliver training to team members, develop skills and knowledge
• Visible presence within the outlet to respond promptly to customer requests
• Deal with guest complaints, react friendly and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction
• Co-operate with colleagues to enhance guest experience
• Continually develop new knowledge and skills to ensure best practice service delivery
• Knowledge and consistent delivery of the company standard operating procedures in the department
• Strong knowledge of hotel’s products – Food & Beverage and auditing procedures
• Ensure the department is prepared for business and forthcoming days service
• Communicate and cooperate with all colleagues in all departments
• High standard of personal hygiene and personal presentation throughout the team
• Ensure all Health & Safety / Food safety compliance are adhered to, report hazards, accidents, loss or damage to management
