Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and motivated Retail Assistant to join our team at TipTopJob, located in West Yorkshire, England.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers.
  • Assist customers with their shopping needs and enquiries.
  • Process transactions through the tills and handle cash and card payments.
  • Restock shelves, ensuring that all products are neatly displayed.
  • Ensure that the store is clean and well maintained at all times.
  • Follow all health and safety procedures and guidelines.
  • Assist with stock deliveries and ensure that products are correctly labelled.
  • Carry out any other relevant duties as assigned by the Store Manager.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and on own initiative.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
