We are now recruiting for a Multi-Utilities Designer to join our team!

You will be responsible for designing multi-utility networks (electric, water and gas) across a variety of development types, from quote acceptance through to technical approval.

As our Multi-Utilities Designer you will be specifically responsible for:

• Managing a portfolio of multi-utility design projects in compliance with technical standards and regulations.
• Overseeing the full design lifecycle from quotation to adoption, maintaining accurate documentation and meeting project milestones.
• Collaborating with design engineers, operations, and commercial teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Liaising with developers, network operators, and water companies to support successful project outcomes.
• Monitoring project scope, costs, and specifications, and manage variations in line with commercial procedures.

In order to be successful in this role you must have:

• Experience designing single or multi-utility projects in domestic, commercial, and multiple-occupancy settings.
• Understanding of CDM Regulations and their application to design.
• Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and commercial documentation.
• Excellent IT literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).

It would be great if you had:

• Knowledge of SPEN Radar, WINDEBUT/SNAP, or similar software.
• Minimum of HNC in an Engineering-related discipline.

Applicants must hold a full UK driving licence, be eligible to work in the UK, and live within a commutable distance of Livingston.
