Base Location: Inverness, Perth, Aberdeen. This is a site-based role and you will be required on site 5 days per week, as well as attending regular meetings at the site office in Inverness as required.
Salary: £42,600 - £64,000 depending on experience + car / cash allowance + performance-related bonus + range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

SSEN Transmission has an opportunity for a Site Construction Manager experienced in the principles of construction and the commissioning of major transmission overhead line works, substations, and/or underground cables. The Site Construction Manager will be crucial in managing the development and construction of a new 400kV Substation and Converter Station, ensuring strict adherence to health, safety, environmental and quality standards. This is a site-based role, with the expectation to be based on the site office 5 days per week or at the site locations as required, around Inverness‑shire.
There are training opportunities available for suitable candidates transferring from other industries. The role would be suitable for experienced site supervisors looking for their next career advancement.
