Overview

The post holder will work in the Acute Care of the Elder team on the frailty ward, with in-reach work to the Emergency Department, Acute Medical Unit and Same Day Emergency Care area.

This is a key role as part of the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, joining an exceptional team to help patients stay healthy when they need it most.
